Dottie has been painting for most of her life. She paints every day and all day long. Most of her inspirations come from the movies of Tim Burton and Guillermo Del Toro. One day she hopes to meet them. It’s her dream to even design a character or two for one of their films.

She loves painting almost all genres but whimsical and Gothic art are her most exhilarating. Finding the beauty in dark subjects seems to be her forte. Like her different genres of subjects her favorite mediums include acrylics and pencils.
