Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

FREE Domestic Economy Shipping on all orders within the Continental U.S.

We ship from multiple warehouses (not always from Arizona), so if you need an item by a specific date, please let us know before ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted.
  • Standard domestic delivery time is 3–10 business days after shipment.
  • Express shipping is available upon request and usually arrives in 2–3 business days.
  • We package and ship all orders professionally, safely, and securely.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation message once your order ships.
  • We partner with USPS, UPS and FedEx to provide the fastest and most efficient delivery possible. Your order may ship via either carrier at our discretion.

International Shipping

  • International delivery times vary by country and shipping method. Economy shipping can take 8–10 weeks. Priority shipping takes approximately 3–6 weeks.
  • International customers are responsible for all VAT, duties, taxes, and fees charged by their destination country.
  • We currently ship internationally to Europe, Asia, Japan, Australia, and Canada (excluding Italy).
  • International shipping rates will be applied to all international orders.

Holiday Shipping

  • Delivery times in December may be slower due to carrier volume. We recommend ordering as early as possible during the holiday season.

Special Shipping Notes

  • We ship USPS Ground Advantage, but Priority is recommended to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
  • Shipping weights are estimated and not guaranteed to be the actual shipping weight.
  • Tattoo Art, Tropical Art, and Black Market / Low Brow Clothing ship from our California warehouse and may take up to two weeks to ship.
  • All art is made to order in the USA and typically takes about two weeks to ship.
  • Because these items are custom made, refunds or exchanges may not be available depending on the circumstances. Please contact us if there is any issue.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates unless Express Shipping is selected, and you have to add a day because we are in a small town.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund of your purchase price (no questions asked) as long as the item is returned in new, original, and resalable condition.

  • Please email us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • During the Fall/Christmas season, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (November 1st through December 25).
  • Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order shipped free, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund and cover return shipping.
  • Please insure your return package, as we cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected, or damaged returns.

Clothing Exchanges

  • Clothing may be exchanged if it is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached (no pet hair, stains, makeup, etc.).
  • Please include a note in your return package with the size you want to exchange for and your return address.

Condition Requirements

  • Items returned that are not in new, original condition cannot be refunded and may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  • Socks cannot be tried on and are not returnable if the top hang tag is not attached in original condition.
  • Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box and condition.
  • Closeout and sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Timing

  • Credit card refunds are typically posted within two business days after we process your return.
