Shipping & Returns

SHIPMENTS

  • FREE Domestic shipping on all orders Continental US only.
  • We ship from multiple warehouses, not always from Arizona so if you need something by a certain time please advise us and we will see what we can do. 
  • We ship within 1-3 days unless we notify you otherwise. 
  • Standard domestic shipping delivery time is 3-10 business days.
  • We will gladly ship Express if requested 1-3 business days.
  • We package and ship professionally, safely, and securely.
  • We will send you a shipping confirmation message when your order ships.
  • We partner with USPS and FedEx delivery services, in order to provide you with the quickest and most efficient service possible. Your 
    purchase may be delivered by any of these carriers, at our discretion.
  • International delivery can take 8-10 weeks depending on country and way it was shipped.   Priority usually takes approximately 3-4 weeks.
  • International customers are responsible for all VAT, duties, taxes, fees etc. at the destination country.
  • International places we ship Europe, Asia, Japan, Australia, Canada excluding Italy. International shipping prices will be applied to all orders.
  • Delivery times in the month of December are sometimes slower, so please order with us in plenty of time, whenever possible.
  • We only ship USPS Priority or Fed Ex to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam.
  • Shipping weight is estimated and not guaranteed to be actual shipping weight.
  • All Tattoo and Tropical Art, Black Market /Low Brow Clothing will be shipped from our other California warehouse and can take up to two weeks to ship.  Most art is made to order (in USA) and will take two weeks to ship.  
  • We hope you understand that on all custom made items, such as tattoo art and tropical art, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges depending on the circumstances (always contact us if there is a problem).
  • We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive unless it’s Express Mail.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

  • We are happy to provide an exchange or a refund of your purchase price, no questions asked, if your item is in the new, original, and resalable condition you received it in. 
  • Returned items can be accepted if you email us within 15 days of receipt of your purchase.  Returns accepted during Fall / Xmas season within 30 days of purchase ending Dec 25th.
  • Please contact us before sending back a purchase, so that we may provide complete return instructions and shipping address.
  • Customer pays for return shipping; initial shipping & handling fees are not refundable.  If you received free shipping we will deduct the shipping costs from the cost of item if item is returned. We will gladly give you the amount if needed.
  • If item is damaged or wrong item we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund and send correct item and we will pay for shipping back. 
  • Please insure your package as we cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged returns.
  • We are unable to process returns that are not in their new and original condition; such items can be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.
  • You can exchange any clothing as long as it has not been worn or washed and has the hang tags on it in its original condition. Please contact us for where to return the item. You will then include a note in the return package with the size you want to exchange it for as well as your return address.
  • Closeout and sale items are all FINAL SALE and non-returnable.
  • Credit Card refunds will be posted to your account approximately two business days after the date we process your return.

Please contact us for any issue we always want a satisfied customer and we will work with you.  Just call us and we will get back to you as soon as we can usually within 24 hours during business hours.  Monday-Friday 10-6pm Arizona.
